SUPPLY CHAIN: CONTRACTUAL CHALLENGES RELATED TO EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS

Lawtelier Avvocati Associati will organize the workshop “SUPPLY CHAIN: CONTRACTUAL CHALLENGES RELATED TO EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS” taking place in Milan, Allianz Mico, Gate 16, on September 25, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. at Go International, the export services fair.

Hanz Giovanni Chiappetta, Matthew Bock, Esq. and Enrico Perticone will attend as speakers.

International sanctions and export controls laws present obstacles that may jeopardize a company’s performance. In order to mitigate the impact of such laws, a company must carefully adopt effective contract clauses that should be drafted with consideration of the forms used by the company (specifically negotiated text or general conditions).

We will review examples of contractual clauses from both Italian/European and American perspectives.

Lastly, indications will also be provided for obtaining from counterparties the information necessary to comply with customs compliance, such as, for example, regarding the import of iron&steel products.

The speakers’ interventions will be in Italian and English. A simultaneous translation service will be made available to participants.

Registration for the workshop is already open: you can reserve your seat by clicking here and selecting the “Book your seat” option in the box dedicated to our 4:30 p.m. workshop.

Finally, we would like to point out that visitors can entry the fair free of charge just downloading the free badge here.
