Marino Marinelli
Marino has gained significant experience in the field of international litigation and serves as an arbitrator, including in proceedings administered by the leading international arbitration institutions.
He is a member of the scientific committees of authoritative Italian and international law journals, has authored several publications on civil procedure law, arbitration law, international and European civil procedure law, tax and administrative procedure law and lectures at scientific conferences, workshops and graduate programs.
After a series of periods of study and research in Monaco, Berlin, Innsbruck and Vienna, since 2006 he has been a Professor of Civil Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law at the Università di Trento and, since 2007, a visiting professor at the University of Vienna, where he teaches Civil Procedure and International Commercial Arbitration Law.
In 2011 he earned the title of Honorarprofessor at the University of Innsbruck.
Marino took the Laurea in Giurisprudenza at the Università di Padova and he is a member of the Italian Bar since 1998.
