Robert Ian Goodman

Robert practices U.S. domestic and international commercial law. As part of his practice, he provides a range of complex corporate, intellectual property, international trade, commercial immigration and consular law services and litigation services to a wide range of commercial clients.

He continuously assists foreign companies operating in the United States and has been specifically involved in the establishment and assistance of hedge funds, telecommunication companies, financial institutions and e-commerce companies.

He has also provided a range of consulting services to law firms and human resources departments on a range of employment, immigration and consular law matters, as well as representing clients in regulatory proceedings.

He is currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association, of the Westchester Bar Association and regularly writes articles on Immigration Law in the online magazine “Latin Business Today”.

Robert received the Juris Doctor at Columbia University School of Law and has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1991 and in District of Columbia in 1992.
