Tommaso Ugolino

Tommaso practices in domestic and international commercial law and corporate law. He has also developed a specific expertise in corporate finance.

Tommaso assisted Italian companies investing in the United States and collaborated in the corporate department of a leading law firm based in Rhode Island. He has also focused on aspects of corporate finance and M&A with the New York Institute of Finance. Later on, he practiced law in Milan, collaborating in the corporate law department of a leading international law firm.

Tommaso took the Laurea in Giurisprudenza at the Università degli Studi di Catanzaro in 2013 and obtained a Master in American Law (LL.M.) from the University of Missouri Law School in 2020, where he received a fellowship award. During his academic activity, he participated as a team leader in the Eighth Annual University of Missouri Transactional Law Competition, as a member of the Tax and Transactional Law Society (TTLS) of the University of Missouri Law School.

Tommaso has been admitted to practice law in Italy in 2016.
